Terms of Service

1. The Service

DMARC Monster provides email authentication monitoring, including DMARC aggregate report ingestion, SPF/DKIM alignment tracking, enforcement journey tracking, and deliverability reporting. The service is provided on a subscription basis. Additional features may be made available to subscribers as they are released.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Information provided at sign-up must be accurate and kept up to date. If you have reason to believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify us promptly. You may not share your account with third parties or use the service to monitor domains you do not own or are not explicitly authorised to manage.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance for either a six-month or annual period. Payment is collected via our payment provider at the point of subscription or renewal; access begins on confirmed payment. Pricing is as shown on the pricing page at the time of sign-up.

• You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
• Prices may change at renewal. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to monitor domains you do not own or are not explicitly authorised to manage. In addition, you must not:

• attempt to probe, disrupt, or circumvent security controls on the service or its underlying infrastructure;
• make automated requests at a volume that degrades the service for other users;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other customers or the integrity of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for any breach of this section.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable, continuously available service but do not guarantee any specific uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Neither party is liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including power failures, internet infrastructure outages, natural disaster, or acts of government.

6. Data

DMARC aggregate reports contain operational telemetry about email traffic: source IP addresses, volume counts, and authentication results. This data is not personal data under applicable data protection law. We process it solely to provide the service to you, and by using the service you grant us permission to do so. 7. Intellectual Property and Licence

The service, including all software, interfaces, and associated documentation, is owned by FELIKZ.NET and licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for the duration of your subscription. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your own data remains yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is, with no warranties, express or implied, as to fitness for any particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. The service reports on email authentication results; it does not control email delivery, and we accept no liability for deliverability outcomes or any decisions you make based on the data it presents.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, loss-of-business, or loss-of-profit damages of any kind.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FELIKZ.NET, its officers, and its service providers from any claim, cost, or liability arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

Subscriptions run to their end date. When a subscription expires, access stops immediately. Your data is held for 3 days. During this window you can still renew and pick up where you left off. If the subscription is not renewed within those 3 days, all operational data is permanently deleted.

You may cancel at any time; your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period and then follows the same process. We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms, in which case the same 3-day window applies but renewal is not available.

If you want to retain any data, export it before your subscription ends. We will accommodate a reasonable export request made within the 3-day window. Your account record will be retained for a further period in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder will continue in full effect. These terms, together with any order documentation, constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior representations or understandings, whether written or verbal.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
